Monthly is our most popular plan, and for good reason — it's the best way to keep a yard looking pristine year-round, and it puts our crew on your property often enough to catch small problems early. A struggling plant usually has about 30 days before the damage becomes permanent; on a 60- or 120-day cycle, by the time we spot a leak or a stressed plant, it's often too late to save it.

Bi-monthly and quarterly plans tend to suit customers who are more hands-on with their own yard and don't leave for the summer — they handle the light, regular upkeep themselves and bring us in to do the heavy lifting.

On-call is billed hourly with no recurring schedule, so we can't guarantee getting you on the calendar quickly. It works best as an occasional option, not as your primary care plan.

We don't assign a fixed day for monthly service, but our crews run a consistent route — you can expect us within a couple of days of the same time each month. If you need a specific day for a special occasion, just let us know and we'll accommodate it.

Trees over 15 ft are trimmed when needed and billed separately, and our annual pre-emergent treatment is billed by yard size. Want extra peace of mind? Add our Weekly Irrigation Check for $100/month.

We automatically fertilize citrus trees three times a year — in February, May, and September — so you don't have to keep track of it yourself.

Yes, we will handle the irrigation timer, and we will also handle changing watering needs for the seasonal requirements. Typically, we have it on two schedules: the summer schedule and the winter schedule. Our irrigation tech will come by automatically and change all the yards.
